Frequently Asked Questions
It is an online store for lab tests/vaccines that require advance ordering.
For placing a new order:
- Go to Product page.
- Select the product from the displayed options.
- Add to cart the product you wish to purchase.
- Review the product details.
- Enter a quantity and add to cart.
- Once all required items have been added to the cart, click on check out, and verify the order.
The following forms of payment are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. All payments are securely processed through PayPal. Hi Precision Online Store does not have access to any credit card information. Orders will only be processed once payment has been confirmed.
Normally, it takes about 3-4 days to process an order. Our staff will send a confirmation email as to when your order will be available in the branch.
All confirmed orders have a validity period of two weeks. Items left unclaimed within that period will be automatically cancelled.

We do not keep an inventory of the goods and they are
on an order basis only. Once an order has been confirmed online, it cannot be
cancelled anymore. If you wish to revise any information in your order, kindly
contact our call center at 8741-7777.
Kindly bring a printout of your order form bearing
your order number details. Or present the email/picture to our staff.
