Your doctor will assess whether you have any conditions or risk factors that may impact your suitability for vaccination, as certain medical conditions or medications may require special considerations or precautions before receiving a vaccine. If you do not have a personal doctor, HPD branches have doctors available for consultation. Please call your chosen branch to schedule an appointment.
  • Vaccines are available on an order basis through our third-party provider, MACROHEALTH INC., with a tentative delivery time of 5 to 10 working days.
  • Availing of the vaccine administration service is deemed final and is not eligible for refund or exchange unless the vaccine is defective or in poor condition.
  • SENIOR/PWD DISCOUNT IS ONLY APPLICABLE FOR WALK-IN TRANSACTIONS. PLEASE BRING YOUR ID FOR VERIFICATION. *In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.

Administration:

  • Vaccination fee includes both the vaccine and the administration by one of Hi- Precision Diagnostics’ Primary Care Physician, provided that the patient presents a doctor's prescription specifying the vaccine type, dose, route, and timing required.
